Having once been a local Government officer and Civil Servant I am a passionate believer in transparent, fair and reasonable Governance. In that regard should a client not be able to communicate or resolve a dispute with Government councils, the health service or other government agency agency. They will need help to be heard. I have conducted cases against Government departments, the council, the enviromnment agency and the NHS.
