Family is the area of law which without fail will touch all of our lives at some point. If not personally then friends and family will experience divorce, separation, Child care issues and bereavement. It is a very delicate area of work which can easily be made more difficult by unsympathetic handling. As a member of *resolution, I adopt a certain code of practice to ensure all clients get clear unambiguous advice, putting the interests of children first. I deal with all aspects of divorce and separation, financial dispute resolution, parenting plans and care proceedings. At the present time we do not offer MIAMS interviews but hope to do so soon.
